2. Use of Service
LaunchSrc provides AI prompts and source code templates for personal and commercial use. You may use downloaded content in your projects, products, or client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our content as a standalone product without written permission.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and Premium Plans
Free plan users have access to all free products. Premium plan subscribers have access to all products in our library. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
5. Payments
Premium subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. All prices are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
LaunchSrc content (prompts, templates, code) is owned by LaunchSrc or its contributors. By purchasing a subscription or downloading free content, you receive a license to use the content — not ownership. The LaunchSrc brand, name, and logo are our intellectual property.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not: use LaunchSrc to create competing products without permission, scrape or mass-download our content, share your account credentials, use our service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
8. Disclaimer
LaunchSrc is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the fitness, accuracy, or completeness of our content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of LaunchSrc after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
